Sales and Shipping Notes:
We welcome factory-direct sales of the SW200 and are able to accept PayPal, money orders, cashier's and personal checks (shipment pending clearance of personal checks). We certainly continue to encourage purchase through our eBay listing too, just search: 'SW200 Processor.' (Sorry, stock depleted as of 10/19/2023 but a new run is already in process!)
As the public turns increasingly to Internet sales, the instance of 'porch piracy' of home deliveries has become rampant. eBay purchases feature eBay Buyer Protection, which indemnifies both buyer and seller against most shipping losses. However, neither we, eBay nor the carrier can be responsible for items pilfered from your porch. We seriously recommend delivery to a residence with someone at home, or to a business address that can accept your shipment.
Technical or application questions will be promptly answered, and sales inquiries quoted individually. Direct, factory sales bear the additional modest expense (at just our cost) of insurance for the full amount of the sale and 'signature required upon delivery,' unless the buyer opts-out of this protection in writing when the order is placed. Thanks for your understanding toward our mutual protection.
