The current run of SW200s began shipping the first week of January, 2024; order early or contact us to reserve one to avoid any delay at production-run crossovers.

As the public turns increasingly to Internet sales, the instance of 'porch piracy' of home deliveries has become a definite problem.  eBay purchases feature eBay Buyer Protection, which offers indemnification against most shipping losses.  However, neither we, eBay nor the carrier can be responsible for items pilfered from your porch. We seriously recommend delivery to a residence with someone at home, to a business address that can accept your shipment, or to the carrier's facility (e.g., UPS Store) for pickup.

Technical or application questions will be answered promptly, and sales inquiries quoted individually.  Direct, factory sales bear the additional modest expense (at just our cost) of insurance for the full amount of the sale and a signature required upon delivery, unless the buyer opts-out of this protection in writing when the order is placed.  Thanks for your understanding toward our mutual protection.
